Created and designed a plan for a new civic and recreational oriented district. Included in this plan would be a new civic center, art museum, retail, commercial and office uses that would all be linked together via a new regional park and stream restoration effort. These various uses were additionally linked together by a series of pedestrian, bike and equestrian trails, which would weave throughout the project area and establish connections to adjacent neighborhoods.
